There are so many life hacks that can make bloggers’ lives easier. In this article, I’m going to share my experience of using some iPhone apps that bloggers may find helpful. In my view, must-have apps for influencers include time-saving apps, security apps, photo-editing tools, apps for the smooth reading experience, as well as note-taking apps. Without further ado, let’s point out the best 3 utilities for each group and check their major features and pros & cons.

Time-Saving Apps

#1 REKK — Call Recorder

A call recording app is now a must for every influencer. It may be handy in case you don’t have time to make notes of an important phone call and you want to save every detail of the conversation. This is where call recording apps like REKK come into play. REKK records all your incoming and outgoing phone calls and transcribes them to text. Once you hang up, you can listen to the recording, read the transcript, and even share the call on social networks.

Besides, the recorder lets you save the location of your calls and create a link to share your calls with friends. The tool has a user-friendly interface and a step-by-step guide with screenshots showing how to record your phone calls. Note that the app works with the help of the 3-way conference calling so make sure that this feature is provided by your mobile carrier before you install the app.

Pros:

  • call recording and transcription;
  • easy to use;
  • no limits on the number of calls;
  • sharing feature;
  • helps you save time & energy;

Like the previous app, this one is designed to store some important stuff. Instapaper lets you save articles for reading so that you wouldn’t waste time searching for good content later. What I like about this tool is the way it optimizes the web pages content to iOS format. Further, Instapaper is a great app due to its offline mode — it allows viewing the saved content even if your device is not connected to the Net. Indispensible tool when going on a long trip! Taking notes when reading articles is very important so the app lets you highlight quotes and make notes in any saved article.

If you use Instapaper for quite a time, you are likely to have a whole collection of articles. That’s why, the app lets you organize the content in folders and sort your lists of articles by date, article length, and popularity. The app will also meet your meets if you’re looking for a text-to-speech tool that will read the content for you. Simply turn up the volume on your device and relax!
